It has been almost a year since we mourned the loss of Dr David Begley, vice president and co-founder of the Brains for Brain Foundation, a dear friend and valued member of our community. His absence continues to be deeply felt, and in honour of his memory, we are organizing a special celebration to mark the first anniversary of his passing and the restarting of the Brains for Brain Foundation activity.

In the spirit of David's vision and dedication, we aim to recreate and actualize the B4B activity once again. To this aim, we are organizing a gathering that not only serves as a high-value scientific meeting but also as an opportunity to bring together all those who were close to David and his family. Through this event, we aim to pay tribute to David's memory and celebrate his lasting impact. In line with David's vision and dedication, we're working to revive and actualize the B4B Activity.

I am currently revising the B4B governance and drafting the next meeting that will take place at the Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge, UK, from September 9th to September 11th, 2024.
Please feel free to suggest slots or topics for the meeting. I would really appreciate if you could also tell us whether you would be able to attend or to come and give a presentation.

As usual, the Italian Jazz Travel agency will assist us with the logistics, so if you wish to attend the workshop, please get in touch with Mrs Paula Caprelli (This email address is being protected from spambots. Looking forward to seeing you in September.
Best wishes ,
Maurizio
