Post-doctoral positions are available immediately in the Searson lab at Johns Hopkins University to develop zonation-specific microvessels to study cerebrovascular dysfunction in health and disease, and dissemination of tumor cells and pathogens to the brain.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering or related field, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
tissue-engineering, microfabrication, microfluidics, stem cell differentiation, live-cell imaging.

All candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong publication record.
Candidates should preferably be a US citizen or permanent resident.
