NEW POSITION OPENING - SEPT 2018 - Anatomy Assistant/Associate Professor. The University of Minnesota Medical School, Duluth Campus is seeking outstanding applicants for Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences An opportunity exists for either a tenure track or academic track position. The successful applicant will join an interdisciplinary group of faculty to engage in biomedical research and/or educational scholarship; lead a team of faculty in evaluation, innovative development and integration of anatomy curriculum for first and second year medical students; teach human gross anatomy, human developmental anatomy and imaging.

Required academic credentials:

· PhD, MD/DO or equivalent terminal degree in biomedical sciences or a related field from an accredited institution

Required experience:

· One year experience in teaching human anatomy at the college or university level

· Demonstrated record of scholarly activity including peer reviewed publications commensurate with rank and track

· Tenured Associate Professor applicants must have a record of national extramural funding
